1. Where are you Located?
We are located at 3108 Midway Rd., Suite 100, Plano, TX 75093.

What are your office hours?
The
office is open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and from
8:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday.

How are after hours calls handled?
Twenty-four hour coverage is provided by calling my office at (972)
608-8979. After hours you will be instructed to call my answering
service at (214) 360-5540. I share call with a well-respected
local physician.
4.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
Emergent appointments are available as same day add-ons.
Non-emergent care is usually available in the same week.
5.
What ages of patients do you see?
Dr. Riegel is not only a board-certified OB/GYN, he also has an
additional year of training during which he specialized in pediatric
and adolescent gynecology. For that reason, Dr. Riegel sees patients
for gynecologic problems form birth through adolescence,
reproductive years and menopause into old age. Dr. Riegel has training in Female Sexual Disorders and Menopause from the Berman Center and training in Age Management Medicine at the Cenegenics Medical Institute. He also has one of
the more prosperous obstetrical practices in town, delivering around
200 infants this year.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal
checks, VISA and MasterCard.
7.
Do you file insurance claims?
Yes, we will file your claim.
8.
Is your office able to handle handicapped patients?
Yes, we welcome handicapped patients. Our office was built according
to 1999 ADA regulations and is fully functional for handicapped
patients.
9.
Where should I park?
There is ample ground parking outside the building.
10.
Does your nurse return phone calls?
My office nurse, Peggy, has 30 years of experience in OB/GYN
nursing and is able to answer most questions. Dr. Riegel is happy to
return your call for more complex issues or when asked.
11.
What hospitals do you use?
Dr. Riegel has privileges at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.

What insurance plans do you accept?
Rather than listing several hundred plans that are subject to
change, we report that we are providers for most plans in the
area. Please feel free to call the office and check to see if
we are on yours.
13.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
We ask all new patients to arrive a few minutes early to fill out
personal and insurance information or you can CLICK HERE print it out and bring it with you.
